This is a 7" called Shock Skull from a great speed metal band that's already impressed me. Honestly I should be able to stop at Shock Skull, because that title speaks for itself.




Mist: Demo 2013

Mist plays female-fronted doom metal very much in the vein of Witch Mountain. Sadly, this vein is not nearly as rich in, really, any respect.



Paramnesia / Unru: Paramnesia / Unru Split (2014)

Paramnesia plays a long, WITTR-esque black metal epic with tortured screams and some interesting drum passages. Unru are heavier, rougher around the edges, more dissonant, but also somewhat less compelling.
